Did you play hockey at school, university or at a club, but stopped? Want to play again but a bit rusty and need a refresher?
Are you new to the game & want to have a go at playing hockey?
Do you want some insight into the skills your youngsters are being taught?

What are Back to Hockey sessions?
The Back to Hockey programme, offers fun, sociable and informal sessions for men and women who want to get back into physical activity but may not have played hockey for a number of years, along with those who want to play for the first time and try it out. Essentially anyone, of any ability, can get involved in this sport without fear of judgement. These sessions really are the perfect way for players looking for a fun, social way to get fit and stay in shape. It’s open to newcomers and those that have participated in previous programmes.
This AUTUMN programme will initially run for 6 weeks. It will require a minimum of 15 participants to enable the sessions to go ahead so please SIGN UP and register your interest NOW.
Where: St Dunstan’s School, Jubilee Ground, Canadian Avenue, Catford, London, SE6 4SW – adjacent to Catford & Catford Bridge Train Stations. Lots of local bus stops. Free on-site car park.
When: THURSDAYS 8:00 – 9:00pm

Cost: £30 for 6 weeks (£5 a session)

What do I need: Sticks can be provided. Suitable footwear (trainers/astro shoes - we play on artificial turf). Bring shin-pads and gum shield if you have them. Water.
