One of our leading Club Umpires Annette Golding was chosen to Umpire on Kent Finals Day on Sunday 15th May 2016 at Holcombe Hockey Club. Annette took charge along with David Wanostrocht of the Kent Women's Plate Final: Cliftonville vs Maidstone. It was a terrific game that kept Annette very busy. It finished tied at 3-3 after extra time with Maidstone going on to win on Penalty Flicks.

Annette regularly Umpires across the Men's and Ladies Sections as well as her allotted KHUA appointments. She also finds time to play proving herself a very useful defender and sometime Goalkeeper (particularly on grass in the summer!)
