Jake Owen who is a Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School student and attends our succesful U14 Junior Coaching programme on a Sunday moring at College Meadow has been invited to the JRPC at Tonbridge. Huge congratulations to him on this great achievement. Proud and Worthy.
What is a JRPC? A Junior Regional Performance Centre (JRPC) is a training centre for the U15, U16, U17 and U18 age groups which are open to anyone who has successfully come through assessment from a Junior Academy Centre (JAC) or who has previously been involved in National Age Group Squads (NAGS) activity. After attending a JAC, a JRPC is the next step on the U18 Player Pathway.
What happens at a JRPC? JRPCs provide regular training sessions where players will receive high level coaching on the core skills of hockey from JRPC coaches, with additional input from England Hockey Board’s Centrally Contracted Coaches (CCCs).
