Follow A127 east to B1013 junction on outskirts of Southend. Take B1013 slip road left to Rochford at roundabout by Tesco. Next roundabout is 400m - turn right. Next one is 180m - turn left. Next one is 150m - go straight on. Next roundabout is 1500m - turn right following signs to Rochford. Pass under bridge by railway station, then turn left towards Ashingdon at mini-roundabout. Cross the next one and after 700m, before the next one, turn right into Oxford Rd.
