If you are not happy with the service you are currently getting from O'NEILLS and/or they are telling you kit items are not currently available, then please drop a quick e-mail to email@example.com giving the following details:
1) date of order;
2) items ordered;
3) what, if anything, you have been told by O'NEILLS; and
4) most importantly, your order number.
None of this stops you from contacting the manufacturers directly, but it might help highlight any relevant issues that can be resolved more quickly if we know about them at committee level.
