Blackheath & Elthamians 4v1 Holcombe

A grey, wet day at Eltham College and capitan Hannah M is getting everyone pumped and ready to put 100% into this game! Assisted by Netty, who is persuading the team to ‘hair toss’ so we’d be ‘feeling fine’!

First half was very much dominated by a hungry BEHC, slotting away 1...2...3 goals past the Holcombe keeper! And what crackers they were too . However, Holcombe fought back, slapping one past Zoe’s inside post, resulting in a score of 3-1 @ half time.

After a good half time team talk, BEHC are feeling positive and ready to secure the win! A few more chances came our way but some good saves by Holcombe keeper kept it at nil goals for a good while... many short corners in both D’s and Holcombe were fighting hard for possession. Cheeky green card to the oppo... naughty!

What was the fourth goal? Can’t remember! It was so quick and well executed.

Moral of the story... hair toss before every game and you’re onto a winner.
