The Men's 1st Team finally get their hands on the Kent/Sussex Regional League 1 2015/16 Champions Trophy

It was fitting that our hugely talented and youngest 1st Team Player: 17 yr old Jake Owen stepped up to receive the Championship winning trophy at Kent Finals Day at Holcombe Hockey Club on Sunday 15th May. Jake represents all that is great about BOEHC having risen through our Junior ranks to represent the County, JRPC South and find himself on the cusp of England U18 selection. After the fantastic achievement of reaching the EH Trophy Final but the bitter disappointment of losing to Guernsey the awarding of the League Champs Trophy was a happy reminder of the amazing season this team has had.

Here's a few key stats:

2015/2016 League Statistics
• The Men’s 1st XI won the Kent/Sussex Regional League 1 and has been promoted to the South Premier Division after a 10 year absence.
• They won the league by 12 points.
