Early start doesn't deter the Dynamos as they romp to a 5-1 victory in a season to remember.

With a start time of 9.45am in Sutton Valence, the Dynamos were on the road early. Some early issues with our keeper falling foul to the previous evenings excess and once again, young Jake Lewis donned the keepers kit and played his third game this season between the sticks. Despite the ridiculously early start, the game was at least being played in glorious Kent sunshine. The game started brightly for the Dynamos with possession being the key and getting the ball wide early and down the flanks. Several penalty corners for the away side came and went, however, the D's were unable to capitalise on a routine that has previously added to our goal difference. Nevertheless, with some fine passing and movement from our midfeild to our forward line, the Dynamos bagged two quick goals and pushed on for more. The oppo began to settle and began their own slick passing game. The defence in Southgate, Lewis (D) as well as the two young full backs in Farrant and Alger held firm. At points the oppo changed tactics and played three up front and despite their age, pulled the D's defence around to make the gaps for their midfield. The oppo pushed on and just before half time had their first and only shot of the half which despite Jake's dive and best efforts, deflected off his foot and trickled over the line. Half time and the score was poised at 2-1 to the away side. The second half started much like the first and BOE were on the attack. To be fair the oppo tired in the second half which left gaps for the likes of Callum, Earnshaw, Tony De Cruz, Andy Cooke and Ben Baker to exploit. As per the skippers instructions, the second half involved the Dynamos playing more round the back, and then down the wings with both full backs making excellent attacking runs. More goals for the Dynamos came, with one such move down the right involving a fantastic centre being played to Stu who dispatched the ball into the corner for his first goal of the season. Three goals added in the second half and the game finished 5-1 to the Dynamos and made it thirteen wins in a row. Joint man of the match went to two of the youth players in Ben Baker for his two goals and his tireless running as well as Elliot Alger for his fine tackling and lung busting bursts from left back down the left wing. Once again all youth players involved excelled and the future is bright for the club. Well done all.

Goals: Baker x2, Cooke, Archie and Stu.
MOTM x 2 Baker and Alger.
