Great first Boys U10 tournament of the season today vs Burnt Ash, Sevenoaks & Marden Russets.
Boys played very well considering for many of the younger ones it was their first competitve 7-a-side half pitch game. Lots of positives and lots to still work on. All performances were full of promise. The boys will only improve the more they play together and become a team. 11 boys involved. With the return of a number of others we'll have two teams in next tournament.

Very narrow losses show how tight the games were and indicates how the boys more than held their own.

Lots of strong, impressive displays today from many of the boys. But after some consultation the Coaches Player of the Tournament was Ollie Fleming in goal. Brilliant saves. Fearless throughout. Dominating his area. Brave. Proud & Worthy. Well done Ollie. Particularly as he only put the pads on for the first time 3 weeks ago.
