HO! HO! HO! K SPORT’S SLAYED BEFORE CHRISTMAS
Christmas came early for BE’s at K Sport’s Aylesford ground. It was potentially a match to increase BE’s goal difference and stay at the top of the league and with some amazing play and the generosity of K Sports, they did both from the start. Glorious passing between players opened the pitch up to allow BE forwards & mids to dazzle. When KS managed to attack, BE defenders were on it, Kate often charging up through the ranks to the amazement of the opposition and Queenie always denying KS any hope of a breakaway challenge. Nicky was prolific in her scoring with three amazing goals, Carmel and Sue catching up with their brilliant two each. Gina and Alice each scored one, which capped off a brilliant performance all round from Alice who was awarded Man of the Match. Iona was voted Jester of the Day, which perhaps should have gone to K Sports for their pre-seasonal gifting of three goals.
Final score a win to BE’s, 9-0.
