Team Effort All The Way
Leave with no less than a win was essentially the goal and Carmel scored two of them, leaving BE’s with the win request granted. It was a match that could have swung to BB’s toward the latter stages had not all BE players stepped up to the job in hand, rebuffing all but one successful attempt by BB’s at goal. Kate was on form, sliding glove-like into her natural role mid field, determination writ large on her face and in her actions. Iona, Louise and Nat were masterful, whole team take a bow.
Wally of the Match went unanimously to Freya and Louise, whilst Man of the Match went unanimously to Carmel and Kate.
Final score a great win, 2-1.
