1's RETURN TO SCENE OF THE CRIME

Having finished last season as League Champions and National Trophy runners up a determined squad looked to kick off the 2016/17 season in style and lay to rest the ghosts of Olympic park. As reigning champions of the Lee Valley Summer Championship, the lads were keen to hold onto their trophy and, under newly appointed skipper Chris Harden, the boys set about dismantling Crostyx in a brutal opening encounter of pace, precision and power.

5 Goals from the Skipper, delightful finish from Tom Mayfield and maiden 1st XI goals from Jake Lamplough and Josh Self saw the boys romp home playing some outstanding hockey.

A great start and competition for places has all ready come to boiling point!
