MEN'S 2s FINISH OFF PRE-SEASON IN STYLE

The in form 2's registered their third impressive win of pre-season to take them into next weeks first league game at Burnt Ash full of confidence. To be fair to all present it was not Old Willie's full strength side but it took BOE to go 1-0 down to actually wake up and play. Once the boys had been shocked into life they made sure of a victory with a dominating display and goals from Rob Noble, Michael Wickenden, Will Powell, Rich Archibald, James Goldsmith and Aran Tawana. A goood spread of scorers bodes well and shows many players can finish.

It was vital that the boys had another decent work out and this was duly done in the Rochester heat. The 2's will hope to start the season off well and there will be plenty with their eye on turning over the new boys and last seasons Kent Div 2 unbeaten champions. The team aims to emulate last years outstanding performance but one thing is for sure, these boys have a very tough season ahead of them and need to step it up a gear if they are to succeed.
