The captain sent the team some inspirational words the night before the game from a poetic card she received called 'Rock Pig'. Unfortunately it didn't seem to pay off as the L1's didn't walk away with a win. However to continue the theme here is the match report in the style of the Rock Pig poem. We hope you enjoy the captain's gallant efforts - please do not take this too seriously!

Captain don't like drawing 0-0
Captain don't like getting DoD
Captain don't like getting green cards (although it was deserved)
Captain don't like people from the oppo having the same name as her teammates (she made a great pass to 'Sally' at the top of the D - shame it was Sally from Thurrock!)

Captain don't like the team having most of the possession and not scoring goals
Captain don't like reverse cowgirl dancing before the game
Captain don't like playing in the cold
Captain just likes heavy duty
Skilful, awesome, winning hockey
