Blackheath Ladies Hockey 2nd X1 V New Bec’s

Gina intercepted a New Bec’s hit, passed the ball to Sue, Sue to Robyn, a beautiful goal (that’s the green sphere) was scored.
New Bec’s emboldened by going down so very early, scored. But Bigsy (diagonal line) sank another smoothy Blackheath goal. Blackheath played so very well that all team members were tightly focussed on the game, even the coitus of grey squirrels was interrupted as they descended onto the pitch to get a better look at such magnificence (grey/black eye-ball like structure-could be wrong).

New Bec’s took advantage of this nature moment and scored their second goal, Blackheath turned up the desire, Biggsy did the right half of diagram, passed to Gina who scored under the goalie’s pads, such fun.

Annette was superb in goal with mystical stick work and the defence players all were fantastic, up and down like greased pistons. Nat definitely had three Weetabix with some superb clearances and shots to forwards and Ali & Kate were key in winning & distributing the ball. Harriet’s eyes were speaking loud and clear to intended recipients (face with orange eye) and one slap was key to the final goal.

Pure unadulterated team work from one and all.
Blackheath won 4-2.
