25th Nov vs TWHC @ Avery Hill

What a game!!
We were 2-0 down at half time but the boys showed great determination!
We took charge for most of the second half.
TW scored another goal but in the last 10mins……Ollie's amazing reverse shot and Ludo's powerful shot lead us to nearly getting a draw.
If we had had another 5 minutes who knows what the result could have been.
A couple of amazing saves from Hakeem even drew applause from the opposing team.
We saw many grazed knees and two quite painful injuries, but both boys didn’t give up and went back on the pitch!!
Today’s game showed us what hockey is all about. It’s a totally fantastic sport!

MotM = Roger Took one on the knee (ouch!), but passed with power under pressure!
Special mention to Niall & Noah for some awesome play down the right hand side.
