Back to Hockey has inspired thousands of players to pick up a hockey stick, and they have told us they love the social element of the session, it’s a great way to get fitter and the perfect opportunity to meet new people.

The sessions are fun, social and informal and aimed at people who either have not played for several years or are looking to play for the first time. Do not worry if you are a little apprehensive, unsure of the rules or worried that you won’t know anyone. Back to Hockey will gently guide you through a series of fun and interactive sessions, all in a super-friendly and relaxed environment.

Each Back to Hockey session will see you develop your individual skills and take part in small-sided friendly games. As well as rediscovering yourself, you will make new friends along the way, too. It's a great way to meet up and socialise

Sessions run on Mondays, 7.30 pm -8.30 pm, starting Monday 15th September 2025.
