The 3 Day Junior Hockey Club Summer Camp is as follows:.

Venue: College Meadow Pavilion & Astro, 69 Marvels Lane, Eltham, SE12 9PH

Date: Tuesday 26th to Thursday 28th August 2014

Age: 8 – 16 years (Boys and Girls)

Time: 10:00am - 12.30pm

Cost: £15 per session or £40 for all three sessions

The Summer Camp exposes the participants to coaching of the highest quality from basics in defending and hitting through to advanced skills such as drag flicking and reverse stick shooting. It is also a fun learning environment and allows children from all abilities to develop their technique and skills. Coaches are fully qualified, CRB checked and there will be a First Aider on site.

Firstly register your interest for the Camp and reserve a place with Amanda Hutchings our Junior Section Secretary via email at boehcjuniorsecretary@live.co.uk. Then download the application form from the link below and complete. Return to her via email or post. Finally make payment via BACS or chq.

Please use your child’s name followed by Summer as a payment reference and email when done so we can acknowledge receipt.

Cheque – made payable to “Blackheath and Old Elthamians Hockey Club”. Please add your child’s name to the back of the chq. This can posted along with a completed application form to:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOEHC JUNIOR HOCKEY SUMMER CAMP
• Camp will begin promptly at 10:00am and finish promptly at 12.30pm (please report to pitchside registration at College Meadow Astro each day 5 mins before start)
• Participants need to bring:
o Change of clothing
o Plenty to drink and a snack
o Shin Pads
o Mouth Guards
o Trainers or proper Astroturf shoes (not studded football boots)
o Stick if possible
• All other equipment (and sticks if required) will be provided by the coaches. Goalkeeping kit can be provided, given good notice of need.
• Parents and family are welcome to stay and watch the sessions.
• PLEASE NOTE – Sessions finish before lunch. Lunch IS NOT provided

Booking Conditions & Other
• A cancellation policy applies as follows: 14-28 days - full refund, 7-14 loss of 50% of the course fee, 1-7 days - loss of 75% of course fee
• Blackheath and Old Elthamians Hockey Club reserves the rights to exclude from or refuse entry to the Camp any person we believe is causing or has caused damage to the facilities, or is being disruptive to the other attendees. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
• Blackheath and Old Elthamians Hockey Club reserves the rights to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers.
• Blackheath and Old Elthamians Hockey Club strive to remove barriers to enable access to hockey for all those young people who want it.
