Local derby ends without fireworks

The game started well for B&E with the boys spreading the ball around well carving out pockets of space and creating plenty of chances, but unfortunately they were not being turned into goals.

Against the run of play Burnt Ash Scored 2 goals from some lapses in concentration

The second half was all B&E. Setting up camp in the Burnt Ash half, B&E started to carve out opportunities with Nick Charlish converting one to make the scoreline 2-1. This set up an intense end to the game with B&E creating more chances and even putting the ball in the back of the net, but it was disallowed.

It wasn't meant to be and the score remained 2-1. The 2nd XI suffered their first loss of the season, but have many positives to take from the game.
